Description: Division Energy Storage Department R&D Level EX Functional Area Electrical Battery Integration 1 Job Title Assistant Manager / Manager 2 Reporting Functional reporting to : Lx 3 Background i) Educational Qualification Essential : - B.Tech - EEE Desirable: - M.Tech – Power electronics ii) Experience Minimum: 3 Maximum: 7 4 Job Role & Responsibilities Role: - Design of battery pack/pack components Responsibilities: - Battery pack design and development - Cell selection and qualification - Battery testing - Field return battery packs analysis - Simulation in Matlab/COMSOL 5 Competency Requirements Technical/ Functional: - Matlab/COMSOL - 3D model – Nx - DFMEA - Knowledge of pack manufacturing processes - Technical documentation Behavioral - Good communication skills - Quick learner Specific expertise required for functional area: - Cell to cell connection tabs/busbars design using Nx or similar 6 Likely sources OEMs – Ather Energy, Honda or similar Service Industry – Tier1 suppliers -
