Job description

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Python Programmer to design, develop, automate, and operate predictive model development pipelines for Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. The role will focus on building reusable Python frameworks, feature engineering pipelines, model automation utilities, MLOps components, monitoring solutions, and scalable deployment workflows supporting pricing, underwriting, claims, fraud, retention, and risk analytics initiatives. This aligns with internal initiatives involving Python-based model development automation, feature stores, MLOps frameworks, automated retraining, model monitoring, and insurance analytics platforms. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering 3-6 years Responsibilities: - Build end-to-end automated pipelines. - Develop scalable ETL/ELT workflows using Python and PySpark. - Automate data ingestion, transformation, validation, and feature generation processes. - Implement metadata-driven and reusable pipeline architectures. MLOps & Deployment - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML solutions. - Package and deploy models as APIs, batch services, or containerized applications. - Integrate models with underwriting, claims, and pricing systems. Implement model versioning, model registry integration, and release management processes
