Working Style & Team Contribution - Take reliable ownership of assigned tasks and see them through completion. - Actively engage in team ceremonies, with genuine curiosity about sprint work beyond assigned tickets. - Contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement activities across the team. - Show a strong willingness to learn new cloud and platform engineering capabilities. - Invest in public speaking and mentoring outside of work. Areas of Learning & Growth - Build exposure to architectural design and reusable platform patterns. - Progress toward owning multi-platform engagements end-to-end. - Deepen Azure API configurations and software development capabilities.
