Description: The Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing ERP solutions, and supporting the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Order-to-Cash processes. The role requires strong functional expertise in sales order management, pricing, shipping, invoicing, receivables, and customer management while working closely with business users and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for O2C processes. - Design and configure ERP solutions to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations. - Conduct solution workshops and prepare functional design documents. - Configure and support Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, Receivables, and Customer Master modules. - Perform functional testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution. - Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and customizations. - Support data migration and master data validation activities. - Provide production support, issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution. - Ensure compliance with business processes, internal controls, and project governance. - Prepare user documentation, SOPs, and conduct end-user training. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Functional Expertise Strong understanding of: - Sales Order Management - Customer Master Data - Pricing and Discount Management - Order Fulfillment - Shipping and Logistics - Inventory Management - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Credit Management - Billing and Invoicing - Returns Management (RMA) - Collections and Cash Application - Revenue Recognition (where applicable) Required Skills - Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes. - Experience in ERP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects. - Ability to prepare business process documents and functional specifications. - Experience with interfaces, reporting, and data migration. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. - ERP certification (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, or equivalent) is preferred. - Experience with Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies is an added advantage.
