Shipper Insights & Voice of Customer: Capture ground-level shipper feedback, objections, and market signals during pre-sales interactions to improve the shipper experience. 6. Account Manager Handoff & Coordination: Establish and maintain a clear handshake process with Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition of activated shippers — including documentation of shipper context, expectations, and any open issues — for ongoing relationship management.
