Description: Role Summary Lead database operations and service delivery across Oracle and SQL Server platforms, driving performance optimization, high availability, automation, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Lead database operations, complex incident resolution, and service improvements. • Design and implement HA/DR solutions across database environments. • Drive database performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning. • Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency. • Mentor database administrators and provide technical leadership. • Support project delivery, migrations, and database transformation initiatives.
