Perform query tuning and database performance optimization. Analyze business requirements and provide scalable database solutions. Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis. Coordinate with cross-functional teams during development, testing, and deployment. Mentor team members and provide technical guidance. Drive continuous improvements in database architecture and development processes. Requirements: We are seeking an experienced PL/SQL Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Database, PL/SQL development, query optimization, and production support.
