Description: Area(s) of responsibility SPM Strategy & Implementation - Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Strategic Portfolio Management solutions across large enterprise environments. - Design, configure, and optimize SPM processes for: - Demand Management - Portfolio Management - Investment Planning - Resource & Capacity Management - Agile Program Management - Project & Run Operations Tracking - Implement and configure run-work tracking alongside investment initiatives to provide a unified operational and financial view.
