Description: Division R&D Department Product Design Level EX Functional Area Technical Surfacing 1 Job Title Manager 2 Reporting Functional reporting to: LX (Leadership) 3 Background i) Educational Qualification Essential: - B.E / Automotive Design / Industrial Product Design Engineering / Automobile Engineering from reputed University / Institute - Minimum 70 % marks - Should have been consistent & secured good percentage throughout academics (SSC, HSC, Diploma, Graduation etc) ii) Experience Minimum: 4 Year(s) Maximum: 6 Year(s) iii) Age Limit Minimum: 25 Year(s) Maximum: 32 Year(s) 4 Job Role & Responsibilities Role: - Candidate should have 4 to 5 years of CAS experience well versed with Digital design software ALIAS/ V-Red with good sense of aesthetic & Design Awareness. - He or she should be Conversant with understanding design intention and reading sketches and creating 3D models - Work experience in any OEM and two wheeler can be an added advantage. 5 Competency Requirements Behavioural - The initiative and learning aptitude - Effective team player and ability to lead small teams - Proactive and Good interpersonal skills 6 Likely sources OEMs – Tata Motors, M&M, Maruti-Suzuki, Eicher-Volvo, Ashok Leyland Service Industry – Reputed pressure die casting parts suppliers to OEMs
