Roles & Responsibilities : - Support gathering and analysis of customer requirements through meetings, discussions, workshops, and review of requirement documents. - Document and maintain customer/system requirements in IBM DOORS, ensuring requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and properly structured. - Maintain requirements traceability between customer requirements, system requirements, design, test cases, and verification results using DOORS links. - Perform requirements reviews and quality checks to identify missing information, ambiguities, inconsistencies, duplicates, and traceability gaps. - Support requirement changes by updating requirements, attributes, links, baselines, and related documentation in DOORS. - Coordinate with senior engineers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and support timely resolution of requirement-related issues. - Prepare requirements status and traceability reports and support project teams in maintaining requirement baselines, version history, and documentation Educational qualification: BCA/B.Sc/Any equivalent degree in Computer applications. Experience : 4-5 years Mandatory/requires Skills : - IBM DOORS – hands-on experience in Requirements Management - Requirements Elicitation, Analysis, Documentation and Validation - Requirements Traceability and Traceability Matrix - Requirement Reviews and Quality Checks - Change Request and Impact Analysis - Baseline, Version and Configuration Management Preferred Skills : - Customer and Stakeholder Management - Good analytical, communication and documentation skills
