Description: Job Purpose To manage payroll and HR operations processes by ensuring accurate payroll execution, statutory compliance, employee onboarding, HR reporting, and employee support while maintaining data integrity, operational efficiency, and a positive employee experience. Principal Accountabilities A) Execute end-to-end payroll and FNF processing while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality. - Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP for HR. - Collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners, and external payroll vendors for seamless payroll execution. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Income Tax, and other applicable labour laws. - Prepare payroll reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and MIS. - Participate in internal and external audits and timely closure of audit observations. - Conduct onboarding sessions and communicate company policies, benefits, and compliance requirements. - Monitor onboarding checklists and ensure completion of all joining formalities within defined timelines. - Address employee queries and provide continuous support.
