Learn more about ET&P Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration - Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPBCS/PBCS applications. - Configure and customize EPBCS/PBC - Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, and forecasting business processes - Hands-on experience with application configuration, business rules, forms, dashboards, reports and integration. - Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements. - Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications. Support & Maintenance - Provide ongoing application support and maintenance for Oracle EPBCS/PBCS environments. - Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in a timely manner. - Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Support users during planning cycles, month-end, and year-end activities. Soft Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
