Wipro Band: B2 Shift: Day Shift Qualification : Graduate Experience : 4+ years Experience Breakup: BPO/ Non BPO Essential Hiring Skills:- Well versed with Dashboarding and Query Building tools (SQL, ETL & Visualisations) , Knowledge in Python will be added advantage ● Excellent spoken and written communication Skills ● Ability to handle Conflict management skills ● Google Sheets / Excel with metrics / KPI calculations ● Ability to understand cost implications ● Ability to handle multiple jobs/projects at the same time ● Attention to details Responsibilities:- Analysis / Analytics for Performance Enhancement and Performance Management ● Monitor and set early warnings for customer target (OKR) for queue ● Ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of deliverables (data, dashboard, and reports) ● Meet the internal team target of Utilization, Attendance and Schedule Adherence ● Effective communication and presentation to stakeholders ● Provide solutions to any complex people-related challenges in the team ● Ensure that the company’s data and information are protected from unauthorized access Location: Bangalore, Hybrid Mandatory Skills: Geographic Information Systems(Maps) .
