Job description

Description: Job Purpose: To operate the assigned machine effectively and efficiently to achieve the set targets and ensure without any quality deviations. Key Responsibilities: - To follow the production schedule set by the production supervisor & contribute to the production of quality product within specified time. - Responsible for taking care of routine machine maintenance and keeping work area in neat condition. - Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing & ensure the equipment’s are maintained in good and safe working condition. - Responsible for operation of Stranding Lines. - Provide assistance/Training to junior operators in their assigned job responsibility. - Control on WIP and maintain the on time records. - Adhere to all relevant documentation systems used in the production procedure. - Responsible for SAP-Real time entry & Software entry. - Enforce safety & health rules & 5S work standards throughout the sector. - Responsible for managing entire life cycle of the production process right from pay-off to take up by checking all process parameters to ensure quality output. Mandatory Skills/ Certification : - Ability to do repetitive tasks. - Detailed oriented. - Knowledge on Microsoft Office. - Able to read comprehend written instructions as well as follow verbal direction as well. - Knowledge of OFC Production Procedures Behavioural Competency : - To be reliable. - Willingness to learn and improve. - A person with a good tolerance level, able to bear pressure. - Team work and Collaboration requires to achieve target.
