Description: Unit Uno Minda Kyoraku Limited Location Gujarat Department / Function Quality- SQA Designation Officer Qualification / Education •Diploma / Bachelors (industrial/mechanical engineering) Experience •4+ years in Quality function in Auto/ auto comp industry; experience in handling RQC/SQA function for big tier 1 Job Profile 1) Conduct Inspection and clearance of child parts lots at receipt stage as per MISP 2) Disposition of NG child parts within defined time frame 3) Ensure containment actions (at next user) for any child part defect reported 4) To conduct layout inspection of BOP as per plan & implement actions for timely closure of observations 5) Conduct process audits at supplier and ensure timely closure of observations for DOL plan 6) Implement action plan for key gaps highlighted through Dashboards (PPM/COPQ/QPR) 7) Implement actions at supplier for child part quality issues 8) To ensure compliance of Quality Improvement Plan at supplier end through regular visits. 9) Implementation of best practices in manufacturing processes at supplier end Desired Profile / Preference Demonstrates the ability to perform quality inspection of raw/incoming materials, samples as required in compliance with Quality specifications and applicable regulatory standards to detect defects Knowledge of Core Tools Internal certified auditor for IATF 16949
