Job description

Description: - Design Coordination with Consultants to make the design submissions as per the construction program. - Preparation and monitoring of Design submission program in line with Project Works Program - Review of Design submissions made by the consultants for correctness, optimization and constructability. - Monitoring of quantities in comparison with tender quantities. - Design of temporary works required for the project, review of Geotechnical works - Review of Instrumentation and Monitoring works, review of Building monitoring and protection works. - Preparation of Design Modifications as required at site technical clarifications as required for site and subcontractors. - Design Coordination with Client and GC for getting the design approvals in timely manner. - Review of Interface works progress and making provisions in the structural drawings as per the interface requirements. - Preparation of monthly Design Progressive Report, attend progress review meeting with construction team and clients. - Technical support required for claims by contracts team
