Description: Group Medical Coverage (GMC Team): Your responsibilities will include: • Risk assessment and pricing of GMC proposals • Monitor the Group Mediclaim (GMC) portfolio performance and identify segments with high growth and profitability potential. • Assist in initiatives to improve Combined Operating Ratio (COR) and reduce Underwriting Turnaround Time (TAT). • Contribute to the design and rollout of innovative products, features, and functionalities aligned with market needs. • Support planning and coordination of technological enhancements to strengthen Group Health offerings. • Participate in internal audits of the underwriting process to ensure compliance and minimize leakage. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation Job Location: Bangalore Eligibility Criteria: MBA (Specialization in General Management/Marketing/Finance)
