Description: • 4 to 6 yrs experience • Minimum 4+ yrs experience in Workforce management /Resource management function • Drive the RMG function fulfilment for one service line across all vertical business units . • Understanding of complete RMG function • Experience in driving key KPI’s for the business function • AI understanding and leverage the same within the business function . • Go getter to work with various stake holders across business units and support functions. • Good in communication skills. • Able to track and report all metrics • Pune based
