Description: AI & Generative AI Development - Design, build, and deploy AI/GenAI-powered enterprise solutions. - Develop AI agents, agentic workflows, and automation pipelines. - Implement Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI orchestration frameworks. - Create guardrails, validation mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop review processes to ensure responsible AI adoption. - Optimize AI solution performance, accuracy, and reliability. Application Modernization - Support legacy modernization and transformation programs using AI-driven approaches. - Leverage AI for: - Code comprehension - Reverse engineering - Business rule extraction - Dependency mapping - Documentation generation - Test generation and automation - Code migration and modernization acceleration - Work with legacy technologies such as HP NonStop, COBOL, C++, batch processing, or similar platforms. Software Engineering & Cloud Development - Develop and maintain enterprise applications using .NET/C#, ASP.NET, and Web APIs. - Build AI-enhanced applications and services integrated with existing enterprise systems. - Develop automation solutions using Python and AI frameworks. - Work with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, cloud-native services, and modern engineering platforms. - Collaborate on API integrations, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps initiatives.
