Vendor Management: Partner with Procurement to select, onboard, and govern clinical service and pharmacy vendors; monitor SLAs, service quality, and contractual compliance, and drive corrective action where needed. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Procurement, GREF, clinical teams, local site leaders, and HR partners to align on clinic setup, facilities readiness, staffing, and service delivery. Escalation Management: Serve as the primary escalation point for clinic-related operational issues, resolving them promptly and implementing preventive measures. A day in the life You start your day by reviewing the operational dashboard across all 40+ clinics — checking overnight incidents, medicine stock levels, and any staffing gaps flagged by site teams.
