Learn more about: Customer Your work profile - As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. - Takes responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives and Deloitte quality standards - Proactively identifies workstream risks and issues; resolves them or escalates to engagement/account leadership - Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function - Applies awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations - Understands the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes Key skills required: - 5+ years of experience as BA - Outstanding analysis skills comprising demonstrable experience of all aspects of analysis such as business process modelling, use cases/user story writing, data modelling - Exposure to management activity using tools such as Atlassian JIRA & Confluence - Comfortable working within a full project life cycle from initiation through to delivery - Experience of working with an agile methodology would be an advantage. - Experience in identifying and documenting client technical needs, internal structures, procedures, workflows, and systems - Excellent written and oral communication. - Flexible - keen to learn new technologies and to extend business domain knowledge. Desired Qualifications: - 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment. - At least 3-4 end to end SFDC implementation experience in India or globally - Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes Location and Way of Working: - Base location: Pune India - Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
