Description: Senior P&L leader with extensive experience driving pan-India and international business growth in Water Treatment Chemicals, including Cooling Water Chemicals , Boiler Water Chemicals , RO Chemicals, Polyelectrolytes, FSC & ROC, Automation, and New Initiatives. Role and Responsibilities : - Full ownership of business strategy, revenue, profitability, and market expansion across multiple geographies. - Proven expertise in B2B sales, key account management, new business development, exports, and channel partner management. - Strong capability in pricing, bidding, profitability optimization, inventory planning, and demand forecasting. - Deep understanding of market intelligence, competitive strategy, customer needs, and regulatory compliance for domestic and export markets. - Experienced in building and leading high-performing teams, driving KPIs, succession planning, diversity hiring, and cross-functional collaboration. - Skilled in managing strategic customer relationships, resolving critical escalations, and delivering service excellence. - Strong international business acumen, with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse cultures and markets. - Commercially astute with solid technical knowledge, analytical mindset, and a track record of delivering sustainable growth. Qualification and experience - B.Tech (Chemical/Petrochemical) or M.Sc. Chemistry - MBA (Marketing/Management) preferred - 20+ yrs of experience Critical competencies ·Actively work on building the brand and image of Thermax ·Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment ·Willing to travel extensively ·Sharp commercial acumen and high technical uptake. ·Good at planning. ·Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. ·Able to motivate and lead others in a team environment. ·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ·Product/Application Knowledge. ·Analytical mindset and ability to strategies basis the reports / dashboards ·ownership and integrity Ideal Profile: leader with strong commercial acumen, technical expertise, people leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of accelerating growth and profitability in the Water Treatment Chemicals industry.
