Job Opportunities: You will work with the below team: Corporate Solutions Group (Support & Analytics): Your responsibilities will include: • Analyze business performance data and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making • Develop and maintain MIS, dashboards, and management reports for leadership reviews • Support business planning, forecasting, portfolio analysis, and performance tracking initiatives • Identify trends, opportunities, and operational bottlenecks through data-driven analysis • Collaborating with Sales, Underwriting, Product, and Operations teams to improve business outcomes • Support automation and process improvement initiatives using data, AI, and analytics tools • Prepare business presentations, performance reviews, and analytical reports for senior management • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of business data across reporting platforms Key Skills • Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude • Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking abilities • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI or analytics tools preferred • Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful business insights • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders Job Location: Bangalore Eligibility Criteria: MBA in Analytics/Business Analytics
