Job description
Description: Area(s) of responsibility . D365 F&O Finance Functional Support Consultant (4C) Experience: 4+ years in D365 F&O Finance support or implementation. - Provide L2 functional support for D365 F&O Finance modules and related RTR, PTP and OTC processes. - Investigate incidents, service requests, configuration issues, workflow failures and transactional errors. - Perform approved data corrections, functional testing, user assistance and knowledge-article creation. - Monitor assigned tickets, meet response and resolution SLAs, and escalate complex issues to L3. - Assist with regression testing, production validation and minor enhancements.
