Required Skills and Experience: ● Education & Professional Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Information Technology is preferred; however, we strongly encourage applicants with equivalent practical experience and relevant certifications to apply. ● Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with a specific focus on smart building technologies, BMS integration, or facility IT operations. ● Core Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in the BOS technology stack, including IoT device integration, cloud communication (e.g., Clearblade, UDMI), and data ontology mapping. ● Systems Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, and Lighting Control Systems, including familiarity with standard protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and KNX. ● Data & Analytics: Ability to work with database concepts and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL) to interpret complex operational data. ● Project & Vendor Management: Proven experience managing technical projects, overseeing OEM vendors, and coordinating system deployments in a live facility environment. ● Cybersecurity Awareness: Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles as they apply to Operational Technology (OT) and IoT networks.
