Description: Designation: Assistant Manager - Data Science Experience: 8 to 10 Years Location: Chennai Job Description: We need a data professional who can seamlessly design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines, robust ETL/ELT workflows, and high-performance BigQuery architectures using Python, SQL, and Apache Spark. Responsibilities: Problem solving skills with an analytical bent of mind and positive attitude to learn Ability to communicate technical results to non-technical audience Statistical ML model development (eg., regression based models using tree-based algorithms), feature engineering AI Engineering (Prompt engineering, Reasoning, Agentic workflows, and Context engineering) Proficiency in SQL, Qliksense, PowerBI, Excel, and programming languages such as Python Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT workflows ensuring high data reliability accuracy, and consistency. Write advanced SQL queries and Python/R scripts for data manipulation Build and manage data pipelines for scalability and reproducibility (e.g., with Apache Spark). Develop dashboards and visualizations to present complex data clearly. Optimize query performance and storage efficiency in BigQuery through techniques like partitioning and clustering. Implement CI/CD pipelines for data workflows using Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or similar tools Skills: SQL, Python, Qliksense, PowerBI, BigQuery, Regression based models using tree-based algorithms, CI/CD, Airflow, Pyspark, Cloud Build, GitHub Actions.
