Description: Designation : Senior Analyst Level : L2 Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka , India (BLR) Experience : 3 to 5 Years Job Description We are looking for an Analytics Engineer with strong experience in Databricks SQL, AI/BI, Power BI, and Unity Catalog. The candidate will be responsible for building business-ready semantic models, enabling natural-language analytics, developing Power BI solutions, and ensuring strong data governance. Key Responsibilities - Build semantic models, views, metrics, dimensions, and KPIs on Databricks Gold-layer datasets using Databricks SQL. - Configure Databricks AI/BI (Genie) spaces and apply semantic metadata to enable secure natural-language querying. - Develop and maintain Power BI semantic models and reports using Databricks SQL Warehouses or clusters. - Manage data discovery, lineage, permissions, and access controls using Unity Catalog. - Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions. - Ensure data models and dashboards are reliable, secure, and easy for business users to consume.
