GoKwik—Manager - Website & Content Marketing

Job description

Description: About GoKwik GoKwik is building the growth operating system for D2C and eCommerce brands, helping businesses optimise checkout, reduce RTO, enable payments, drive retention, and strengthen post-purchase engagement. With 15,000+ merchants globally and a growing presence across India, the UK, Europe, and the US, GoKwik is building AI-powered infrastructure that enables brands to grow faster and operate better. Why This Role Matters GoKwik’s website, organic search, AI-search visibility, content, and newsletters are critical growth surfaces across the GTM organisation. This role brings ownership of these surfaces into one horizontal content pod — driving faster execution, stronger organic acquisition, sharper communication, and measurable pipeline contribution. You will sit at the intersection of Product Marketing, Brand, Demand Gen, Product, SEO, and Content, turning positioning and product stories into content that gets discovered, consumed, and converted. What You’ll Do Website & Conversion - Own gokwik.co end-to-end across strategy, content, execution, and performance. - Drive information architecture, page templates, design-system consistency, and on-site brand expression. - Own the complete publishing journey — brief → copy → design → build → QA → live — with clear ownership of turnaround time. - Partner with design, development, vendors, and internal teams to continuously improve the website. - Build and run an experimentation roadmap across messaging, layouts, CTAs, forms, and conversion journeys. - Track and improve page performance, Core Web Vitals, and website conversion. Organic Growth & Content - Own GoKwik’s SEO and GEO/AI-search strategy and organic acquisition engine. - Manage the SEO/content agency as an owner — setting briefs, quality standards, SLAs, scorecards, and performance expectations. - Build keyword and topic architecture, content clusters, internal linking, schema, and AI-search visibility. - Own the editorial calendar, content briefs, writer ecosystem, publishing standards, and content refresh cycles. - Drive traffic-to-lead conversion across marketing and landing pages, including form journeys and Salesforce hand-offs. - Build a measurable contribution from organic traffic to MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline. Newsletter - Own GoKwik’s newsletters end-to-end — editorial POV, calendar, writing, design, build, distribution, and growth. - Build and grow the subscriber base through website, social, and other acquisition loops. - Own segmentation, engagement, and newsletter performance. - Treat the newsletter as a brand and demand-generation channel, not simply a content digest. GTM Content & Communications - Set the quality bar for written communication across GTM — campaign copy, ads, email sequences, events, social, and sales-facing narratives. - Establish and maintain clear messaging and copy standards across Brand and Demand Gen. - Partner with Brand and Demand Gen teams to sharpen the words, narratives, and positioning within their campaigns. - Ensure GoKwik communicates with consistency, clarity, and a distinct point of view. Product & PMM Content - Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams on product pages, feature narratives, launch content, comparison pages, competitive content, category education, and explainers. - Translate product positioning into content that is clear, discoverable, differentiated, and conversion-oriented. - Build content around customer problems, product value propositions, use cases, and market narratives. AI & Content Innovation - Own the AI tooling and workflows used across the content pod — from research and drafting to editing, repurposing, translation, and QA. - Build repeatable AI-assisted content workflows and scale them across blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and other content formats. - Experiment with AI to improve cost-per-published-asset, time-to-publish, and content quality. - Establish guardrails around factual accuracy, brand voice, editorial quality, and SEO/AI-search compliance. - Evaluate new AI tools and workflows and continuously improve the content production stack. Who You Are - 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS, D2C, eCommerce, or technology marketing, with hands-on ownership of website and organic growth. - Strong technical SEO understanding — comfortable working with GSC, crawl/indexation issues, rendering, internal linking, schema, and developers. - Experience managing an SEO or content agency and holding it accountable for outcomes. - A strong writer who can personally create product pages, competitive comparisons, landing pages, and newsletters — not just manage writers. - Hands-on experience with CMS and web publishing workflows, ideally including Next.js/headless CMS, GA4, GSC, and an SEO platform. - Demonstrated experience improving conversion, with the ability to show before-and-after impact on a page or funnel. - Comfortable using AI content tools and able to distinguish where AI genuinely improves content production from where human judgement is essential. - Strong cross-functional collaborator who can work across Product, PMM, Brand, Demand Gen, Design, and Engineering. - Data-driven, execution-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes rather than simply managing a content calendar. Why GoKwik This is an opportunity to own one of GoKwik’s most important growth engines at a time when search, AI discovery, owned content, and conversion are rapidly changing. You’ll have the autonomy to shape how GoKwik shows up across its website, search engines, AI answer engines, and owned channels — while working closely with Product, PMM, Brand, and Demand Gen. If you enjoy building from scratch, moving fast, experimenting with AI, and seeing a direct connection between your work and business growth, this role gives you the opportunity to build a content engine at scale.
