Infosys—Senior Adobe Target Consultant

Job description

Description: Key Responsibilities: • Lead Adobe Target implementations and optimization programs across A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization use cases. • Partner with stakeholders to define experimentation roadmaps, success metrics, and prioritization aligned to business objectives. • Design strong test hypotheses, create test plans, and ensure statistically sound execution and interpretation of results. • Configure and deliver activities in Adobe Target (audiences, offers, experiences, targeting rules), ensuring accuracy and performance. • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement Target via at.js / Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK patterns and validate deployments. • Establish QA processes for experiments, including cross-browser/device validation and pre/post-release checks. • Analyze outcomes, document learnings, and present insights and recommendations to business and technical audiences. • Drive continuous improvement of experimentation operations, including templates, governance, and best practices. • Work in Agile delivery cycles—participating in planning, grooming, standups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery. • Mentor junior team members and provide consultative guidance on personalization strategy and experimentation design. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MBA, MSc) or equivalent practical experience. • 5–9 years of experience delivering digital optimization/personalization initiatives with strong hands-on Adobe Target expertise. • Proven experience creating and managing A/B and multivariate tests, including defining KPIs and interpreting results. • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience delivering within Agile teams. • Strong communication skills to translate business goals into executable experimentation and personalization solutions. Requirements: About the job: Join a team that turns customer insights into meaningful digital experiences through smart experimentation and personalization. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end optimization initiatives using Adobe Target—shaping test strategy, building experiences, and partnering closely with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams to drive measurable outcomes. You’ll be trusted to translate business goals into clear hypotheses, deliver well-structured A/B and multivariate tests, and continuously refine personalization approaches that improve engagement and conversion. If you enjoy combining technical depth with consultative thinking, and you’re energized by collaborative problem-solving in an Agile environment, this is a great opportunity to influence how experiences are designed, tested, and scaled across channels—while mentoring others and setting high standards for experimentation excellence.
