Description: Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Suite. Create and manage templates for customer correspondence, statements, invoices, policies, and regulatory communications. Develop scalable document generation workflows using Quadient Inspire Scaler. Configure and optimize batch processing jobs and document output management. Integrate Quadient Inspire with enterprise applications, databases, and external systems. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Requirements: We are seeking a talented Quadient Inspire Scaler Developer with 3-5 years of experience in Customer Communications Management (CCM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, Automation, and Interactive, with a strong understanding of document composition, workflow orchestration, and customer communication solutions. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Suite. Create and manage templates for customer correspondence, statements, invoices, policies, and regulatory communications. Develop scalable document generation workflows using Quadient Inspire Scaler. Configure and optimize batch processing jobs and document output management. Integrate Quadient Inspire with enterprise applications, databases, and external systems. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Skills: 3-5 years of experience in Quadient Inspire CCM development. Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, Automation, and Interactive. Strong understanding of document composition and customer communication management processes. Experience in data mapping, business rules, and workflow design. Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and related technologies. Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Understanding of batch processing, document output management, and print/mail workflows.
