Description: Data (roughly 30%) - Expert at Excel to pull, validate and analyse data across source systems - Support the Account 360 build in Power BI — data checks, reconciliation, dashboard QA - Reconcile dashboard numbers against source data before anything is released - Build and maintain data quality checks: control totals, duplicates, nulls on key fields, refresh monitoring - Turn stakeholder questions into quick analysis, not month-long projects Adoption (roughly 30%) - Run demos, walkthroughs and onboarding sessions for business users - Track who's actually using Navigator and where they drop off - Collect feedback systematically and feed it back into the roadmap - Write user guides, release notes and FAQs - Be the first point of contact when a user is stuck Quality (roughly 40%) - Turn requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteria before development starts - Test features functionally each sprint and log defects with clear reproduction steps - Run structured UAT with named business users using scripted checklists Maintain a regression checklist and keep it current Requirements: - 3–8 years in a product, analytics, BA or QA role — mixed backgrounds welcome - Strong SQL (joins, aggregations, reconciliation) - Working knowledge of Power BI - Comfortable testing software and writing clear acceptance criteria - Confident presenting to business stakeholders, including senior ones - Clear written communication - Already using Claude, Copilot or similar in daily work Responsibilities: Why this role - Small team, direct access to the CEO's office - You see the full loop: build it, test it, get people using it, measure it - Broad exposure across product, data and business stakeholders - AI tooling encouraged, not restricted - Visible work- Navigator is used by senior leadership
