Description: Job Summary Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. - Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards. - Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment metrics to stakeholders. - Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
