Manager Office Location: Supa Qualification and Experience: DME/BSC & Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety Proficiency in Marathi Language is must Primary Responsibilities: 1. Policy implementation - implementation of Group strategic EHS initiatives in plant. 2. ESG Guidelines - Drive conservation of resources in plant. Drive the carbon footprint reduction and green initiatives in plant 3. EHS Culture improvement - Ensure to do regular EHS Gemba to observe the EHS issues. 4. Ensure the implementation of BBS activities 5. Ensure to drive incident risk free climate to protect employees, assets. 6. Ensure to conduct regular health checkup of employees. 7. Ensure compliance to all applicable EHS related requirement and regulations in plant. 8. ISO System ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 - Internal auditor certified and ensure to drive regular compliance with HIRA/Aspect & Impact. 9. Employee participation - Ensure the celebration of group level EHS Promotional Events
