Description: Job Title: Manager Function / Department: Accounts, Finance and costing Qualification: CA / CMA Grade: FD/D1, For Wipro Water C1 Desired Experience required: 15 to 18 years. Eligibility criteria for Internal applicants: - Minimum 3 years’ experience required in the current role (mandatory) - Employees should have performance rating of HVC and above in last 3 years. Key Skills Required: - Creating and implementing financial policies of the plant. - Planning financial budgets to increase by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments. - Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments. - Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments etc. - Supervising of team. - Monitoring the economic and financial changes. - Assist in financial audits. - Performing regular financial analysis, resolving issues. - Excellent knowledge of financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof. - Preparing balance sheet, invoices etc... Other Skills Required: ● Good SAP Knowledge, ● Expert in MS-office, ● Proficient in English, and email writing, ● Data analytical Skill ● MIS reporting Skill ● Good Communication Skill Reporting: - This position reports to Plant Head and India Finance head. Work Location: Hindupur.
