Description: Job Summary - Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP landscapes including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, NetWeaver, and SAP HANA. - Perform system administration activities including client administration, user management, transport management, and system refreshes. - Manage SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, workload analysis, and troubleshooting of system issues. - Support SAP kernel upgrades, OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions, and S/4HANA migration activities. - Configure and maintain Transport Management System (TMS) and ensure smooth movement of objects across environments. - Work on backup, recovery, high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and system replication activities. - Support SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP BTP administration activities. - Collaborate with infrastructure, database, security, and application teams to ensure system stability and availability. - Prepare technical documentation and support go-live, hypercare, and production support activities. Skill Requirements - 7+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience. - Strong expertise in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, NetWeaver, and SAP HANA administration. - Experience with system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patch management. - Hands-on experience with TMS, client copy, user administration, background job management, and system monitoring. - Knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems and database administration concepts. - Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting dumps/logs, and root-cause analysis. - Exposure to SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP landscape management tools. - Strong understanding of HA/DR concepts and system availability management. Other Requirements - Experience with RISE with SAP and cloud-based SAP environments. - Exposure to SAP BTP administration and integration technologies. - Knowledge of SAP Security and GRC concepts. - Experience in automation, scripting, and infrastructure/cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). - SAP Basis or SAP HANA certification preferred.
