Description: Job Summary Job Title: Android Developer Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Senior Android Developer with strong expertise in native Android application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, testing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications using modern Android technologies and development practices. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain Android applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. - Develop UI components using XML and Jetpack Compose. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Android best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Develop and execute unit and UI tests to ensure application quality. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. - Manage source code and support CI/CD workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of Android application development. - Proficiency in: - Android SDK - XML Layouts - Jetpack Compose - HMI - Android Automotive - Experience with version control systems: - Git - Bitbucket - Experience with project and issue tracking tools: - Jira - Build and dependency management: - Gradle - Artifactory - CI/CD tools: - Jenkins - Testing frameworks: - Espresso - JUnit Preferred Qualifications - Experience with MVVM and Android Architecture Components. - Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations. - Understanding of Kotlin Coroutines and Flow. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. - Experience in performance optimization and application security. - Experience in Android Automotive & HMI Key Competencies - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
