Description: Job Title Senior Plant Layout & Piping Engineer Candidate will work in Pune office for 6 months & then shift to Chennai office. Experience - Minimum 15 years’ experience in Plant Layout & Piping Engineering having extensive experience in EPC environment (Biogas plants/Power/Oil & Gas preferred) Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Mechanical Key Responsibilities - Lead Plant Layout & Piping Engineering for various Biogas plants being executed on EPC+O&M Critical Competencies - Strong understanding of project workflow and cross-functional engineering. - Effective leadership, issue resolution, and risk management skills. Technical Competencies - Expertise in Equipment & Piping Layouts. - Ability to generate cost effective Engineering output. - Ability to understand PFDs, P&IDs, Civil drawings, Electrical Layout Drawings, etc. - Familiarity with applicable codes, standards (ASME, API, ISO), and safety/environmental regulations for EPC projects. - Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD 2D. - Knowledgeable in AutoCAD Plant 3D/ other 3D environments. Proficiency is preferred. - Interdisciplinary teamwork (Piping, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation). Additional Requirements - Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting, vendor interactions, and project coordination. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Commitment to continuous improvement, team development, and safety.
