Nice-to-haves: - Experience working directly with banks, payment schemes, correspondent banking or high-volume payment infrastructure. - Experience running operational reviews, quarterly business reviews or service reviews with banks, vendors or strategic B2B partners. - Experience with SLA management, contract discussions, liability, fee reconciliation or cost recovery. - Experience in Treasury Operations, liquidity, safeguarding, financial risk or operational risk. - Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau or other data tools. - Experience working across global teams, time zones and senior stakeholder groups. - Additional language skills relevant to global banking partner management.
