Job description

Description: Overall purpose: Procurement of all Fabricated items ie Structure, Ducting, Casing, Boiler Stack, APH, Shop attachments. Procurement of Piping IBR/NIBR , Pressure part subcontracting etc. Procurement of refractory and insulation including site contracts. Key Result Areas – Functional: - Hands on experience in procurement of fabricated items like Structural, Ducting, Shop attachments, Boiler Stack, APH module etc. - Hands on experience in procurement /contract finalization of Refractory and insulation application in shop and at site. - Hands on experience in procurement/ contract finalization of Pressure part subcontracting including piping i.e. Coils, drum, panels, IBR/NIBR piping. - Should be able to understand specifications, drawings, IBR requirements, and applicable material codes. - Able to analyses most suitable supplier. - Ability to have Technical & commercial negotiation with supplier. - Should be able to finalize order / contract with supplier. - Should be aware of the Commercial terms and should be able to frame contracts. - Monitoring execution of contract and ensuring deliveries as per project schedule.
