Job Requirements About the Role The Branch Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank is a leadership role within the Retail Banking division, responsible for managing the overall operations, performance, and customer experience of the branch. The role focuses on driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional service. The Branch Manager will lead a team of banking professionals, foster a high-performance culture, and collaborate across departments to achieve strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations including customer service, sales, and staff management.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and business goals.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Achieve overall product targets for the branch including CASA, Term Deposits, Investments, Insurance, Trade Services, Retail Assets & Business Banking products
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting bank products and services.
