Requirement
- End-to-end coordination of branch branding activities across all
locations
- Vendor coordination, follow-up, and execution tracking
- Monitoring branding compliance as per approved guidelines and SOPs
- Conducting branding audits and ensuring timely rectification of
observations
- Managing branch branding support requests and marketing collateral
requirements
- Maintaining documentation, MIS reports, budget tracking, and
invoice validations
- Coordinating branding activities for new branch launches,
relocations, and renovation projects
- Supporting the execution of Universal branding changeover
initiatives
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Ensure timely execution of branch branding projects within defined
TATs
- Maintain branding compliance and hygiene across all customer
touchpoints
- Achieve closure of audit observations and branding rectifications
within agreed timelines
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and budget utilization
- Support smooth launch of new branches through timely branding
readiness
