Job description

Monitor stock levels of medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, surgical supplies, and general stores items.
Ensure timely replenishment of inventory to avoid stock-outs.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
Assist in conducting physical stock verification and cycle counts.
Raise purchase requisitions based on departmental requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for timely delivery of materials.
Track purchase orders and follow up on pending supplies.
Assist in obtaining quotations and comparing vendor proposals.
