Job description
- Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions, monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to prescribed treatments.
- Clinical Procedures & Medication: Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and blood products accurately, and perform routine clinical procedures according to physician orders.
- Care Planning & Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date electronic or physical nursing notes, patient charts, and care plans.
