This role is responsible for end‑to‑end logistics and fleet cost planning, execution tracking, financial governance, and continuous improvement across inbound and outbound automotive flows. In this role you will play a key role in: Establish and maintain logistics budget assumptions including volume, rates, fuel indices, accessorial, and operating modelsAlign logistics and fleet budgets with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and SCM operating strategiesOwn and maintain LCPP libraries and consolidate roll‑ups to LCPU for enterprise visibilityCollect and validate weekly logistics and operational expense inputs from inbound and outbound teamsIdentify, resolve, and escalate gaps or exceptions in approval flowsCompare actual incurred logistics and fleet costs against approved budget and forecastsYour ProfileBachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, or Business from an accredited university3-8 years of experience in automotive logistics, fleet operations, SCM finance, or transportation cost managementStrong exposure to inbound/outbound logistics, carrier management, and fleet operationsExperience working with budgets, forecasts, accruals, and variance analysisStrong understanding of automotive logistics flows (plant, port, yard, dealer)Experience with logistics cost structures, fuel indices, tolls, and contractsExperience in OEM or Tier‑1 automotive logistics environment WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE We recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
