Job Description As a Senior Integration Solution Architect, you will be a vital Associate within our global digital technologies team. Our mission is to move past traditional "technical-only" integration and build a team of Segment Domain Experts. In this role, you will not just connect systems; you will deeply immerse yourself in the operational logic of our distinct business segments to design a seamless digital fabric that connects our global supply chains, factories, brand operations, and retail partners. The Five Principles in Action for This Role · Quality: You will champion the delivery of robust, highly reliable, and secure integration solutions. By holding yourself and your partners to uncompromising standards, you will ensure our digital transactions flow flawlessly across our global value chain. · Responsibility: You will take ownership of the integration landscape and proactively build your domain expertise. You will assume responsibility for defining best-practice design patterns, safeguarding our data, and mentoring junior Associates to help them grow. · Mutuality: You will design integration frameworks with a "win-win" mindset. By understanding the commercial realities of our segments, you will ensure our systems operate seamlessly for us, our external retail partners, global suppliers, and third-party logistics providers. · Efficiency: You will optimize our integration footprint, avoiding redundant custom builds by maximizing platform capabilities. Through API-led connectivity, reusable microservices, and automated workflows, you will help us deliver faster and with fewer resources. · Freedom: Backed by our long-term generational perspective, you will have the creative freedom to innovate, experiment, and implement forward-looking, event-driven architectures that shape the future of our digital ecosystem.
