Description: Job Description: Manager – SAP SD Position Title: Manager – SAP SD Location: Gurgaon Experience: 7-10years in SAP ECC 6.0 / SAP S/4HANA Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field Leadership capabilities: · Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and guide your team to achieve goals. · Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. · Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions. Technical Skills: - SAP Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP configurations across MM, FI, SD, PP, and PM, with exposure to SAP cloud applications such as Ariba, SuccessFactors, and Concur and their integration with SAP S/4HANA. - S4 transformation experience: Experience across the implementation lifecycle, including reviewing business blueprints and recommending process and design improvements to enhance operational efficiency and enable automation. - Process Mining & Analysis: Working knowledge of process mining concepts and tools (e.g., Celonis, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, Disco, UiPath Process Mining) to analyze end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, and support continuous improvement. - Risk Assessment & Controls: Ability to perform risk-based audits, assess internal controls, and test automated and process-level controls. - Data Analytics & Visualization: Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, with experience in visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Consulting and Communication Skills: - Client Interaction: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions. - Presentation Skills: Creating compelling pitch decks (often in PowerPoint) for client meetings - Project Management: Managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables - Problem-Solving: Analyzing complex business challenges and proposing innovative solutions. Business Acumen: - Financial Literacy: Leading project planning, economics, budgeting and their impact on business decisions - Change Management: Guiding clients through organizational changes during SAP implementations. - Strategic Thinking: Aligning SAP solutions with overall business strategy, and ideating out of the box solutions for client problems - Business Development and Sales support: Collaborate with other teams in Deloitte network to build holistic solutions for solving client problems. Lead creation of RfP / RfI responses, solution approach, effort estimations, technical assumptions and pre-work for client pitch and negotiations Education Qualification: - CA/MBA/MCA/B.Tech with a minimum of 7-12 years of relevant techno-functional experience in SAP and/or consulting domain (prior Big4 experience is preferred) - SAP product certification(s) on ECC / HANA versions (for areas like, FI, MM, GRC, etc.) - Certification on cloud platforms like AWZ, GCP, Azure (optional) - Exposure to analytics and automation tools like Tableau, Power BI, RPA (UiPath, BluePrism), SQL, Alteryx etc. (is an advantage)
