Description: Responsibilities & Key Deliverables - Lead STA for E&E commodity; ensure gate readiness, prioritization, and sample availability through to SOP at defined volumes. - Own end-to-end technical and quality delivery of E&E Commodity across NPD and CPE programs. - Govern supplier audits and technical capability; drive process robustness and FTG deployment readiness to support RFQ discussions. - Standardize STA methods, development practices, and FTG processes across parts. - Ensure adherence to APQP, E‑PPAP, and per-day capacity aligned to mature volumes. - Drive stakeholder alignment to deliver first-time-right quality in parts development. - Apply strong process and FTG expertise across Lighting, Wiring Harness, Switches, Clusters, Cooling systems, Wiper systems, and related components. - Lead hands-on problem solving with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
