Description: Location: Hyderabad (WFO) Grade: H1 Designation: Senior Associate Process: US Bank Number of Positions: 5 Minimum Criteria: - All H1 grade employees can apply. It will be a lateral movement for H1 grade employees. - Applicants should have completed a minimum tenure of 12 months in the organization and 12 months in their current role as on 01st August 2026. - Performance rating of CME or above in the last 6 months. - No documented disciplinary issues/PIP in the last 6 months. Role & Responsibilities: - Has a minimum of 12 months of experience in the Residential Mortgage platform and demonstrates a strong understanding of mortgage documentation, processes, and compliance requirements - Possesses in-depth knowledge of assigned processes and serves as a reliable point of contact for process-related guidance, support, and issue resolution - Demonstrates strong learning agility, quickly adapts to new responsibilities, embraces challenges, and consistently delivers results in the assigned role - Effectively clarifies process-related queries, exceptions, and decision-making rationale, ensuring adherence to process guidelines and business requirements Educational/Professional Qualifications: - Graduate degree or equivalent of (10+2+3) year of education Required Skills: - Very Good knowledge of US Mortgage Servicing in specific. - Expert in the current process and understand the process requirements related to whichever process he is working. - Good understanding of reports and performance management. - Ability to work under stringent deadlines and work with the team to meet deadlines.
