Your RoleWe are seeking a talented and driven Demand Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely & Directly with the Client & cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to our company's growth. In this role you will play a key role in: Lead the Material Planning/Production Planning team for a market/clusterEnd to End inventory analytics (ex-Business wastage, excess inventory) including target of reducing inventoryRPM Norm determinationFront end the discussion with Factory Material plannersDeveloping tools with the help of IT teamsApply RPA in the existing deliveryYour ProfileComplete knowledge of Planning (Demand, Production/Distribution and Material Planning processes)Good in analyticsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written EnglishAbility to work independently in a multi-task environment WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE We recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
