Description: • Own and optimize ATS, CRM, scheduling, assessment, referral, and recruitment technology platforms. • Design and implement workflow automation, RPA, and process improvements across sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding stages. • Identify, pilot, and scale AI use cases • Ensure Responsible AI adoption through governance, monitoring, explainability, and compliance frameworks. • Manage recruitment technology integrations, data quality, reporting, and analytics dashboards Requirements: Lead the optimization, and transformation of the recruitment technology ecosystem, driving automation and AI adoption across the hiring lifecycle to improve recruiter productivity, hiring quality, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
